What Does High Esr Means

40 DAYS DEDICATED TO MARRIAGE-4

31 .-
LOVE AND MARRIAGE

Do you have a point that you are "forgetting" and have not had the courage to overcome it yet? Platícaselo your spouse today and solve it once. Unity in your marriage depends on it. Continues and a commitment to your spouse and with God to make your marriage a top priority over any other relationship.
This point is a reinforcement of our challenge yesterday. In order to close ranks with determination and success, we will fight a lot, especially if the word unit has been out of our vocabulary of marriage.

32 .- EL AMOR
satisfy the sexual needs

If possible, try to start a sexual relationship with your spouse today. Make it so that honor and your spouse (a) told you about what you need sexually. Ask God to make it enjoyable for both and is a way to increase your privacy.
The husband should fulfill his duties as husband and wife as well. The wife does not have his body, but the husband. Likewise the husband does not have his body but the wife.
not deny that right to each other, unless they decide together, and for some time, with In order to devote more time to prayer. After being together again, lest they fall into the traps of satan for not knowing master.

33 .- SUPPLEMENTS WE LOVE

Realize your spouse (a) is an integral part of your future success. Let him know your desire today include (a) in your upcoming decisions, and that you need their perspective and advice. If you've ignored your comments in the past, supports your carelessness and ask for forgiveness.
"Two are better than one, because they have better pay for their work. Because if one of them falls, the other will lift up his fellow: but woe to him who falls when there is not another to lift him up "(Ecclesiastes 4:9,10).

34 .- EL AMOR CELEBRATE THE RIGHT WAY

Think of a specific situation where your spouse has recently demonstrated Christian character in a remarkable way. Make him a comment about this at some time during the day.

is normal for us to rejoice when our spouse reach goals be taken to overcome, but we should be happy when you reach goals that will lead to closer to God. We admire these achievements more and let them know, so that the support is mutual.

35 .- EL AMOR ACCOUNTABLE

Find a mentor for your marriage: a good Christian who is sincere and loving you. If you think that therapy is needed, take the first step and make an appointment. During this process, ask God to direct your decisions and give you discernment.

always good to have a spiritual advisor about us, our marriage and our family. Someone who sees things from outside, which objectively makes us realize the things that we walk to fail, but without forgetting the spiritual level that we take our marriage.

To us in our crisis, we are not missing, fortunately, but also had to attend several therapy sessions. By the grace of God, had the good fortune to find a Catholic psychologist who helped and that we go back a long way in a general and complete, trying to fill all the gaps that had opened in our lives.

The fool is sure of his decisions, but a wise man listens to advice.
Proverbs 12, 15

36 .- LOVE IS THE WORD OF GOD

Commit to read the Bible every day. Get a spiritual book or other resources to help you find some guidance. If your spouse is willing ask if you agree to commit to reading a passage with you. Begin to have every area of \u200b\u200btheir lives according to God's Word and build on the rock.

If one hears these words of mine and puts them into practice, it will say: Here are the wise man who built his house on rock. The rain fell, the floods, the winds blew and fell upon that house, but did not fall, because he had the foundation on rock.
Matthew 7, 24-25

37 .- THE LOVE TO PRAY TOGETHER

Ask your spouse if you can begin to pray together. Decide what is the best time to do so, either in the morning, at lunchtime or before bedtime. Use this time to trust the Lord to the concerns, disagreements and needs. Do not forget to thank Him for His provision and blessings. Even if your spouse refuses to do so, decides to spend this time alone in prayer daily.

Also I say, if the land two of you agree to any request thing, my Heavenly Father grant them. For where two or more gathered in My name, there am I in their midst.
Matthew 18, 19-20

38 .- LOVE REACHES GOALS

think you would like your spouse, if possible. Put it in prayer and begin to develop a plan to meet some of their desires (not all), as far as you can.

sometimes forget or put aside the dreams of our spouse. There are times when we are so busy, trying to reach us, that we walk away from what he or she wants. We will work to our couples reach their goals. At the end of the day, we will be working for the family and its growth.

39 .- THE LOVE LASTS

Spend time praying alone. Then, write a letter of commitment and resolve to your spouse. Includes why you agree with this marriage until death, and express love that you have set no matter what happens. Leave the letter in a place where your partner can find.

Till death do us part. . . .

Many take this commitment lightly. It seems that today many are not ashamed to commit to something they are certain they will not comply.

Love endures, endures because we want it, persists because feeding, care, we serve. For we intended from the beginning. And although there are many problems, many roadblocks, many situations that make us want to give up and throw us back, we must always be true and remember that we engaged in this endeavor by our own will.

this year I think it's great that we propose, because it helps to put in the hands of God that commitment to Him to renew and forces us to respect it and move on. I like writing things because we feel, also stay in our minds and heart, they are recorded leaving an indelible ink written by the love of God that overflows with us.

40 .- LOVE IS A COVENANT

Write a renewal of your vows and place in your home. Perhaps, if any, might plan a formal renewal of your vows before a priest, with family present. That is a living affirmation of the value of marriage in the eyes of God and the honor of being one with your spouse.

No need to wait for a wedding anniversary or a special date. I like those moments when renewing their marriage vows with spouses' own words, without following words written by others.

Once we got to see a renewal of vows and in Canada and the priest gave them freedom to express what is wanted particularly promising. A very emotional moment.

Where you go, I will go and where you mores, dwell. Your people shall be my people and thy God my God. (Ruth 1:16)
