2004 Ss Silverado 427

Three deaths three: the function that we can not forget

the marquee is not a circus show, this time saw no clowns or acrobats and lion tamers. In the pantomime that is the circus of life, June 25, 2009 is a date we can not forget. After the third call, the curtain went up and started the function.

first act. Die Farrah Fawcett, Charlie's angel, the American dream of our parents. This was a death more foretold. If I had to write his epitaph, would something like "Farrah Fawcett, a woman." She was not only beautiful, but an actress nominated for an Emmy and Golden Globe as fallen angels, known to the world of alcohol and drugs and suffered physical abuse at the men handed him she loved. She was the mother and fought until the end, not only to save her life that she had colon cancer, but to create awareness about the implications of this evil.

Second act. Alicia Delgado Found dead in his apartment. A leather loop around his neck, cuts on hands and back, and a stab at heart level show a violent death. Reporters enter scene, assaulting family members and friends and invading private property. The case is still in research, though the prime suspect was Abencio Meza, her close friend and with whom he became known more for his relationship "more hit me more I love you" than for its artistic achievements. Today we know a little more of it, an artist who had to migrate to the U.S. to find a better future for herself and her child. Of course, few are prophets in the land.

Act III. And to close with a flourish, the worst news of all. The King of Pop is dead. At 50 years old, Michael Jackson did not survive a cardiac arrest. From child prodigy "The Jackson Five" no was nothing left of the pop icon of 80's still had something to do. On July 8 began their UK tour and sold out eight minutes after they went on sale. Great voice, best dancer, exploited child, pederast, a man in black and white. Michael Jackson will definitely be remembered more for his work by his eccentric biography. A whole generation mourns his death. Thriller was the video that most frightens us and listen to song that (to my cousin celebrated his birthday Rafito number 6 with a giant pinata in the shape of Michael in his suit of Thriller), the passage of "moon walker" was that more trials and many learned English singing "we are the world, we are the children". Jacko only forgave him the combination of white socks and black shoes. The end of an era.

The curtain falls again and tomorrow is another day. As these three artists knew, the show must go on. More cases of influenza A1H1 be confirmed in the country, the interpellation Yehude Simon is ongoing and Alberto Andrade's body will be cremated in those days. Other stars of Hollywood and Chollywood occupy the front pages and the world keeps turning. Other deaths we mourn here in Bagua or Los Angeles, and the show must go on.

PS: I leave you with a Michael Jackson at the height of his career. You have to remember him, he has earned.
